1. It appears from the order dated 20th December, 2022, the appellant was not represented in spite of notice. However, on 10th January, 2023 when the interim order was extended, the appellant was represented.

2. Considering the nature of the dispute, we feel that both the writ petitions being WPA 18927 of 2022 and WPA 26806 of 2022 are required to be heard together.

3. The order passed by the learned Single Judge on 10th June, 2023 does not call fall any interference.

4. The matters are required to be heard on affidavits.

5. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the affidavits have already been exchanged.

6. Liberty is given to the appellant to mention the writ petitions for early hearing.

7. With the above directions, the appeal and the applications are accordingly, disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
