This Court appreciates the same.

It is submitted that the next sitting of the Committee is on February 1, 2022. Prior thereto, as many as 14 communications have been sent to the petitioners as regards the documents required to be produced for the purpose of compassionate employment.

As for pension, the Pension Payment Order (hereinafter referred to "P.P.O.") is lying available with the Judicial Secretary. The petitioners may

collect the same and take steps in accordance therewith.

This Court is satisfied that the issue as regards the compliance of this Court's order are being taken to their logical conclusion.

Hence, the contempt application being CPAN 1029 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
