Mr. Uttam Banerjee ....for the petitioners Mr. Raja Saha, Mr. S.P. Lahiri ...for the State The petitioners and the private respondent no. 4 are co-sharers in a property of their late father. There are disputes and differences as regards the demarcation of the property and the evolvement thereof on the children They have applied before the police for an order of demarcation. The police are not expected to demarcate any private property.

The petitioners may approach the Civil Court, inter alia, with a partition suit and seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
