Mr. Ayan Basu Mr. Prabir Kr. Das Mr. Sumit Routh ...for the petitioners Mr. Debasish Roy, ld. PP Ms. Sonali Das Ms. Nandini Chatterjee ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner no. 1 is the husband of the petitioner no. 2, while the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are their elder and younger married daughters. It is alleged that they entered into India in 2012. However, the petitioners purchased landed properties and the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are married to Indian citizens. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the case diary and submits that the petitioners obtained forged documents regarding Indian identity. None of the petitioners prayed for citizenship in India. He relies on copies of Bangladeshi passport of all the four petitioners.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
