Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with the leave to file afresh as there are some formal defects in the writ petition.

W.P.A. 20086 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
