On behalf of the alleged contemnor, Mr. Mitra, learned Senior Government Advocate has filed a report dated 22.09.2025 which is taken on record.

It is submitted by Mr. Mitra that in view of the order dated 16.05.2025 as passed in WPA 2584 of 2024 the respondent no. 4/authority who is the alleged contemnor herein has passed a reasoned order on 18.09.2025 which would be evident from the annexures to the report dated 22.09.2025.

On perusal of the annexures to the said report it reveals that the alleged contemnor in compliance of the order dated 16.05.2025 has passed a reasoned order dated 18.09.2025 though at a belated stage.

Mr. Mitra, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits before this Court that the delay in passing the reasoned order may be condoned.

In view of the submission as made on behalf of the alleged contemnor and in view of the passing of the order dated 18.09.2025 by the alleged contemnor who is the

respondent no. 4/authority in WPA 2584 of 2024 it reveals that nothing remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

With the aforementioned observation, CPAN 1449 of 2025 is disposed of.
