1. The vehicle from which 58.45 kgs. of Ganja was seized, belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner says that he sold off the vehicle prior to such seizure. That does not appear to be the correct statement. From the material in the case diary, we find prima facie involvement of the petitioner with the alleged crime.

2. In view of commercial quantity of Ganja being involved and the restriction in Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

3. CRM (NDPS) 1278 of 2024 is dismissed.
