During the course of submission learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that infact petitioner is residing at Italy for higher studies.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact. Further he submits that she keeps on visiting Alipore to her parent's house. However, this fact was not disclosed in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Hence the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
