Today, Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors submits that the order dated 1st February, 2023 has duly been complied with by issuing appointment letter vide memo dated 27th September, 2023. Copy of such memo dated 27th September, 2023 is placed before this Court which is taken on record. From such appointment letter it appears that the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education had issued appointment letter in favour of the applicant for his appointment as an Assistant Teacher in Nandanpur Rupchand Academy, District-Hooghly.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands discharged.
