Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer. 3.

Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. Victim lady was murdered at the matrimonial home. In view of the incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
