Despite service none appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.4 to 7. Affidavit of service is taken no record. As there is an order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Chandernagore, directing the Officer-inCharge, Tarkeswar Police Station to take necessary steps for implementation of the order of ad interim injunction passed in Title Suit No.106 of 2018, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the concerned police authority to comply with the order of the learned Civil Court, upon the petitioner satisfying the police authorities that the ad interim order of injunction and/or the order of injunction continues. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
