1. At the time of hearing CAN 3 of 2025, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has filed a copy of the instant application bearing endorsement of the learned advocate for the respondent/State showing service, which is taken on record.

2. By filing the instant application, the writ petitioners have prayed for recalling of the order dated 17.07.2025 whereby the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

3. None appears on behalf of the respondent/State despite service.

4. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court and after hearing the learned advocate for the writ petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petitioners are successful in explaining the reason of his absence on 17.07.2025.

5. Accordingly, prayer is allowed.

6. Accordingly, WPA 18430 of 2013 is restored to its original file and number.

7. With the aforementioned observations CAN 3 of 2025 is disposed of.

1. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that pleadings are completed.

2. In view of such, let the matter be listed under the heading 'For Hearing' before the bench having appropriate determination.
