The records of the writ petition reflect that the petitioners approached the learned Executive Magistrate.

The petitioners'

anxiety is relating to disturbances as well as interference with their life and liberty.

State has submitted a report which reflects that in the year 2002 at some relevant point of time, Satish Das

(since deceased) borrowed a sum of Rs.20,000/- from his work place i.e., Shayam Trading Company by mortgaging the deed of land in question and signed on some papers without knowing the contents of the same, and, informed the same to his family members.

The report however reflects that suddenly few days back certain unknown persons came to the petitioners' house and informed them of a bank loan of Rs.

2 lakh which was borrowed by late Satish Das.

The police authorities, however, conducted an enquiry, but, they did not find that any persons have misbehaved and/or any mishap happened to any of the petitioners.

The petitioners also failed to provide any detail of bank loan, account number, branch number, financial institute and other requirements.

Be that as it may, the police authorities would ensure that without the due process of law, there is no interference with the life and liberty of the petitioners concerned. To that extent, if there is any breach of the peace and/or tranquility, the police authorities would ensure that the same is prevented.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19597 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
