Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they are the in-laws of opposite party no. 2/wife. It is submitted she had accompanied her husband to Saudi Arabia and subsequently resided separately from the petitioners. They have been falsely implicated in the instant case. 2.

We have considered the materials on record.

Allegations in the petition under provisions of the Domestic Violence Act discloses domestic relationship between the parties. It is also alleged that opposite party No. 2 was subjected to domestic violence at the behest of her husband and other petitioners. It is open to the petitioners to deny and dispute the allegations before the Magistrate. However, no case of jurisdictional error is made out which would justify invocation of inherent powers at this stage. All issues are kept open to be decided at the appropriate stage of proceeding in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.
