It is also submitted that during pendency of the writ petition petitioner has been appointed as assistant headmistress. Therefore, learned advocate has received instruction not to proceed with the matter. West Bengal Central School Service Commission is represented by learned advocate.

In consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
