... for the SSC The petitioner was called for hearing for passing a reasoned order by School Service Commission on 1st December, 2021 which appears from annexure P-7 of the writ application when he did not appear.

It is submitted by the petitioner that he was very ill and that is why he could not attend.

The School Service Commission granted him a second opportunity for hearing on 22nd December, 2021 when also he did not appear which appears from the supplementary affidavit page 4.

As the process of hearing has been concluded long back, at the fag end of March 2022, this matter cannot be entertained.

The petitioner shows one envelop annexed to the supplementary affidavit which, according to him, contains a date of 22nd December, 2021, which the learned Advocate for the School Service Commission, Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra submits that it was the envelop of intimation letter as to the non-appearance and it was not a call letter for the petitioner to come in the second opportunity on 22nd December, 2022. The hearing process was all concluded by the Commission on 23rd December, 2022.

I do not find any merit in this writ application and the writ application is dismissed.
