...for the State In view of the compliance of bail conditions imposed by the coordinate Bench and having regard to the nature and employment of the petitioner, we further modify the conditions imposed on 6th December, 2019. Having regard to the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed and also taking into consideration that the inconvenience that may be caused to the petitioner in the event further relaxation is not made, we allow this application by further modifying the bail conditions imposed on 6th December, 2009 to the extent that the petitioner shall present himself before the appropriate court once in a month and shall attend every date of hearing unless there are unavoidable circumstances.

All other terms and conditions, however, shall remain unaltered. CRAN 2 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
