Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instructions that, the pump house in question has been handed over to the petitioner in the presence of the engineers of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and the police authority.

From the submissions made before this Court, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The same stands disposed of.

The document showing handing over of possession by the officials of KMC and acceptance of the same by the petitioner be retained with the records. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
