Petitioner submits no recovery was made from his possession. He is in custody for 66 days. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner had absconded for nine years.

We have considered the materials on record. It is contended no recovery was made from him. His conduct in absconding for more than nine years does not inspire confidence.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
