This Court is not inclined to transfer investigation of the two FIRs under FIR No.106 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 and FIR No.116 of 2021 dated 04.12.2021 to CBI.

In that view of the matter, the remedy available to the petitioners against the FIRs and apprehension against future cases, is under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not decided any other grievances of the petitioners except as indicated hereinabove.

The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
