The present revisional application was preferred for quashing of the FIR relating to the Shakespeare Sarani Police Station Case No. 117 of 2012 dated 01.05.2012. Report so submitted reflects that after further investigation, Police submitted charge-sheet in the year 2014 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th court, Calcutta. Having regard to the stage at which the petitioner approached this court and the fact that there has been substantial progress in the case and the chargesheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court, I am of the view that the revisional application is a premature one and as such, no interference is called for by this court.

As such, the present revisional application being CRR 2668 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
