The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, the police authorities took steps and the fencing which obstructed the ingress and egress was removed. However, subsequently again there has been obstruction by way of temporary bamboo fencing. Mr. Ghosh, learned State Advocate submits that in so far as the subject matter of the writ petition is concerned, the police authorities have complied with and there should not be any grievance.

In view of the prayer advanced by the petitioner, the Inspector-in-Charge of the Bhagwanpur Police Station is directed that if a repeated obstruction is created by the private respondents or any other individual to the detriment of the other villagers or the petitioner, the concerned police authorities deal with the same in view of the earlier directions passed.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No. 20390 of 2024 stands disposed of.
