The order under challenge is in respect of Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2011 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge 13th Court at Alipore. The appellate court was pleased to allow the appeal. The subject matter relates to not granting permission to the husband in an application filed by him in a proceeding under the Protect of the Woman from Domestic Violence Act for sharing accommodation. Having regard to the reasons which were assigned by the Appellate Court, I am of the view, that no interference is call for in the order so passed.

Accordingly, CRR 2669 of 2012 is dismissed All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
