By presenting this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for transfer from her present school to another school.

Learned advocate representing the respondents submits that the selection process in connection with SLST 2016 from classes IX to XII have been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in connection with the appeal. Since the selection of the petitioner has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench it appears that at present petitioner is not entitled to pray for transfer. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.
