The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 653 of 2012 dated 08.06.2012 under Sections 341/342/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner approached this Court at the stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. Subsequently, charge-sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court. To that effect Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report.

Having regard to the change of circumstances since the revisional application was preferred I am of the considered opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage. The application being CRR 2672 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
