Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, other co-accused were granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8740 of 2021 is dismissed.
