The petitioner is working as a Group-D staff on contractual basis at Durganagar Bholanath Siksha Niketan, District: 24-Parganas (South).

The petitioner has given a representation to the Secretary, Department of School Education, the respondent nos. 2 herein and other respondents praying regularisation of his said service.

The petitioner by the instant writ petition is praying a direction upon the respondents, the respondent no. 2 in particular for consideration of his said representation.

The petitioner's appointment being purely contractual there is no scope for consideration of his prayer for regularisation of his said service. W.P.A. 20091 of 2022 is, therefore, dismissed without any order as to costs.
