1. CAN 1 of 2025 is an application for restoration of CO 3110 of 2025, which was dismissed for default on August 25, 2025.

2. Having gone through the reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for nonrepresentation of the petitioners on the date when the civil revisional application was called on for hearing.

3. In such view of the matter, the order dated August 25, 2025 dismissing CO 3110 of 2025 is recalled. CO 3110 of 2025 is restored to file.

4. CAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners hands up to Court a print out of an email dated April 7, 2026 and submits that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the civil revisional application any further. He submits that

he has instruction to pray for withdrawal of the civil revisional application. Copy of the print out of the email dated April 7, 2026 handed up to Court is taken on record.

6. As prayed for by Mr. Samanta, CO 3110 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
