2. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner, the de-facto complainant and the State.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim, the injury report and the other statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
