Mr. Jana submits that in view of the subsequent event, the petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition.

School authority is represented by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate assisted by Mr. Berlia.

State, WBBSE and WBCSSC are also represented by their respective learned Advocates.

In the light of submission made by Mr. Jana, WPA 19669 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
