The petitioner submits that an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed in the year 2017 and since then, the same is pending and the next date has been fixed on 17.11.2023 for evidence. Having regard to the period which has passed since the filing of the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore would take expedite steps so that once in a month a date is fixed for the purposes of the evidence of the case and the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be disposed of within six months from the next date so fixed for hearing in the month of November 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3059 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
