On hearing the learned advocates representing the petitioner, authority of The Narayana School - Maheshtala, South 24 Parganas and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Therefore, no further order needs be passed in this writ petition.

However, concerned authority of CBSE is directed to take necessary steps, if it is warranted and in the event it is found that the aforesaid school is not being run appropriately.
