Ct. No.17 to arrear pension. As the petitioner shifted himself from C. P. F. to G. P. F, such arrear pension has not been given till date.

I direct the appropriate authority to look into the matter and to pay the arrear pension within a period of two months, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
