1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been named by co-accused, which is in admissible evidence.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the the State has produced the case diary, wherefrom it appears that the present petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which commercial quantity of contraband articles were recovered.

3. On such consideration, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
