This is an application for anticipatory bail. Nobody represents the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor tells us that the petitioner has obtained regular bail after being apprehended. This application has, therefore, become infructuous. CRM 8202 of 2018 is accordingly disposed of.
In RE: CRR 3901 of 2015:
The case diary pertaining to this matter was lying with late Ashoke Bakshi, who had been appointed as Public Prosecutor by this Court. His junior Mr. Sanjoy Bakshi, learned Advocate is present in court today with the case diary.
Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is present before us. He has agreed to take custody of the case diary which Mr. Bakshi has handed over to him in court today.
