Mr. Kaushik Dey, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Director of Revenue Intelligence submits that the application for cancellation of bail was filed in the year 2019, more than three years have elapsed and there are change of circumstances and as such, Department presently is not willing to proceed with the present application.

Learned advocate for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is present. Having considered the submissions advanced by the applicant, I am of the opinion that CRM 8838 of 2019 be disposed of as infructuous. Written instruction submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner be kept with the record.
