1. This is an application for cancellation of bail. 2.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and have perused that the ground for cancellation appears to be that by way of impersonation, a document has been executed and the signature of the deceased has been forged. However it is not in dispute that civil suit is pending between the parties.

We are of the view that the learned Sessions Judge has taken into consideration all relevant factors and we do not find any reason to interfere with the application for cancellation of bail. 4.

The application is accordingly, dismissed.
