Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is in custody for more than 3 years and renews his prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the last 10 days fixed for examination only 2 witnesses have been examined.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 17th February, 2025 considering the material on record.

It is alleged that the petitioner has murdered his father. There are eye witnesses to the incident. Out of 17 prosecution witnesses 10 witnesses have been examined so far.

Considering the material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
