Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be received by the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions so advanced on behalf of the Learned Advocate for the petitioners, I am of the opinion that the revisional application, so filed, is premature.

However, the petitioners are granted liberty to file afresh after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and/or prefer an application in the nature of Section 239 of Cr.P.C. before the Learned jurisdictional Court and, thereafter, approach before this Court.

With the above observations, CRR 3062 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
