Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of the investigation in connection with Uttarpara PS Case No. 209/2024 dated 01.06.2024.

Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. It is also reflected from the report that in course of investigation all the accused persons were arrested and there were recovery and seizure in respect of some of the stolen articles.

Consequently, the charge sheet was submitted under section 380/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered that the police authorities have already submitted the charge sheet on 30.09.2024 and almost more than 11 months have passed since then, petitioner, if he is aggrieved with the investigation, will take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the case being Uttarpara PS Case No. 209/2024 dated 01.06.2024.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20072 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
