1. It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate representing the petitioner that in paragraph 1 of the order dated 10th September, 2025 a typographical error has been crept in by wrongly mentioning the name of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai, District-Purba Medinipur.

2. It is found that in the cause title as well as in the prayer portion of the revisional application this matter is shown as pending before the 2nd Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur. In view thereof, the correction sought for cannot be made. Petitioner is directed to take out necessary application for correction, if any.
