1. Pursuant to the notice, the defacto complainant is appearing in person and submits that the dispute between herself and her husband has been amicably settled and she does not want to pursue the case. 2.

We have also perused the case diary. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not necessary. 3.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner namely, Lal Mohammad Sk @ Lal Mahammad Sk, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.1000/-, with one surety, to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Signed By :
