...for the respondent The learned Counsel for the parties have submitted that the learned District Judge at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, has allowed the application for mutual divorce on 4th May, 2023. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that all required documents which will benefit the child have been handed over to the respondent.

The learned Counsel for the respondent admits that such documents, in fact, have been received by the respondent. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of by setting aside the impugned order and recording that the decree for mutual divorce has been passed by the learned District Judge, South 24 Parganas in F-2025 of 2023 on 4th May, 2023.

FA 142 of 2017 is thus, disposed of.
