Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

It appears from the record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already made two representations, one dated 25th April, 2022 being annexrue P-4 to the writ petition and another dated 29th April, 2023 being annexure P-6 to the writ petition, before the concerned respondent authorities and it

is the grievance of the petitioner that the aforesaid representations are still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 19718 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the interested parties or their authorized representatives, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representations and the concerned respondent authorities will consider the same strictly in accordance with law. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
