And In Re : Rafikul Piyada @ Rafiqul Piyada ..... petitioner Mr. Bandhu Brata Bhula ... for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 157 days. It is also submitted co-accuseds are on bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. Victim suffered unnatural death within four months of marriage. Apart from ligature mark there is bruise mark on her thigh. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit in July, 2022. There is no substantial change in circumstance since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
