It has also been submitted that an Appeal is pending before the Additional District Judge, Chandannagar.

Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issues and the petitioner's only apprehension is that he may be evicted without due process of law, I am of the opinion that there is hardly any scope of interference by the police authorities in such

circumstances.

However, as the police authorities have already drawn up a proceeding under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS, they would only oversee that there is no breach of any peace and/or tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19782 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
