None appears for the petitioner or for the State. The application for cancellation of bail was preferred in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station case no. 151/14 dated 18.05.2014, more than 12 years have passed since the application was preferred. None of the parties have apprised this Court regarding the present status of the case. Having considered the period of time which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that if Baishnabnagar Police Station case no. 151/14 dated 18.05.2014 till date subsists, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court concerned.

No interference is called for at this belated stage by this Court.

Accordingly, CRM 7759 of 2014 is dismissed.
