The alleged contemnor is represented.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that all payments up to December 2023 have been made to the petitioner. A tabulation to that effect has been filed before this Court and the same is taken on record. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been informed not to render service since January 2024. This is due to a large number of allegations against the petitioner from various corners. 3.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there is substantial compliance of this Court's order dated 13th May, 2024. Any further dispute with regard to engagement of the petitioner and non-payment thereof, may be adjudicated in an independent separate writ petition.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to take out fresh proceedings against any disengagement or any payment despite engagement from January 2024.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
