Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that they intend to enter their residence.

State is ready to render all the assistance.

Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Amena Bibi and Sk. Sabuj would report to Bhatar Police

Station, Purba Bardhaman on 4th October, 2024 at 11.00 a.m.

The Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge, Bhatar Police Station will ensure that the petitioners are not disturbed or harassed when they enter their residence. No breach of peace could recur because of the presence of the petitioners in the village. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20401 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
