Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a retired Headmaster (retired on 30.09.2021) and during his tenure for some years he got Rs. 200/- as additional increment. While processing his pension papers as appears from page 31 of the writ application, the overdrawn amount is to be calculated and deposited in Government head. The petitioner without prejudice to his rights and contentions to such observation of overdrawal deposited an amount of Rs. 45,595/- on 09.11.2020 with the Government, but till date his pension has not been processed.

In such circumstances, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to hold a meeting with the petitioner and the school within a period of two months

from date and to look into the matter including the petitioner's statement that an amount of Rs. 45,595/- has already been deposited with the Government to decide the matter of processing the pension papers. After holding such meeting the District Inspector of Schools will pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and will communicate the same to the appearing parties before him. The DI can hold more than one meeting for this purpose but not more than three meetings in the period as indicated above. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
